Unfortunately, Rupa Huq MP has re-tabled the amendment she withdrew at Committee Stage of the Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Bill, that would introduce a jail term of up to 2 years for offering support to women outside abortion clinics.
This amendment is now likely to be going to a vote on Monday (5 July), along with Diana Johnson MP’s abortion up to birth amendment.
