I am making contact on a major threat in the House of Commons.
On Wednesday (30 March), MPs will vote on an amendment, added to the Health and Care Bill in the House of Lords, which would overturn the Government’s decision to end ‘DIY’ at-home abortion and force the Government to make these dangerous schemes available permanently.
This would be the largest change to abortion legislation since 1967 – it would likely lead to the loss of many more lives to abortion along with having a strong negative impact on the physical and emotional health of women.
It is vital that this amendment is defeated.
We have just launched a tool that will enable you to contact your MP and ask them to speak and vote against the Bill on Wednesday. Please click the button below to contact your MP now.
Once you have contacted your MP, please do help with getting as many other people as possible to write to their MPs ahead of Wednesday.
