As you have probably heard, the Prime Minister and Dominic Cummings have just finished off a big reshuffle of the Cabinet today. Our vocal pro-life ally, Jacob Rees-Mogg, thankfully kept his role as Leader of the House of Commons.
The most important appointment, however, was the news that we have a new Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, Brandon Lewis.
He will now be a key decision-maker on whether the Government goes ahead with introducing the extreme framework that his predecessor, Julian Smith, proposed.
It is therefore vital that MPs write to the Prime Minister and Brandon Lewis highlighting the key issues with the proposed framework, so that we can get this on the new Secretary of State for Northern Ireland’s radar now.
