The abortion statistics for the first year that abortions have taken place in Ireland since the repeal of the Eighth Amendment were released today. They show a total of 6,666 lives were lost to abortion under the new law.
After introducing abortion to the Republic of Ireland and more recently imposing abortion on Northern Ireland, the abortion lobby’s next target is England and Wales – and they are planning on doing it next week.
The UK’s largest abortion provider, BPAS, have announced that they are going to attempt to mobilise MPs to hijack the Domestic Abuse Bill next week, to make the biggest changes to abortion legislation since 1967.
The amendment they are indicating that they will bring forward would remove almost all current legal safeguards on abortion, up until when a child is capable of being born alive, with a ceiling of 28 weeks. The change would leave England and Wales with one of the most extreme abortion laws in the world.
